Where do you deliver to?

 

I can deliver in and around Ealing, postcodes W5, W7 and W13. If you live further away, you are welcome to pick up your order. Please select "Pickup" in your order details.

What days and times do you deliver?

 

I normally cook and deliver Tuesday to Saturday 6pm - 8.30pm. Please order by 5pm as all dishes are made from scratch using fresh ingredients and need time for me to prepare. Delivery is free for orders over £13.

Can I choose a specific delivery time?

 

Yes you can order from the night before by selecting the date and time you want your meal when you are on the Order Online page.

How much is delivery? Do you offer free delivery?

 

Delivery is free for orders over £13, and £1.50 for orders below £13.

I am trying to place an online order but it can't find my address

 

If you have difficulty finding your address in the checkout process, try searching in this format: "streetnumber streetname postcode". If you can't find your apartment building name, try typing "streetnumber streetname postcode" instead and provide the apartment building name and apartment number in the details.

Do you accept cash on delivery?

 

Yes, please choose "Cash" as the payment option when you place an order. You can also pay by contactless card on delivery using my card reader.

Why do I need to order so far in advance?

 

All dishes are made from scratch using fresh ingredients and need time for me to prepare. The earlier you order in advance, the better I can prepare!

When is the earliest I can place an order?

 

You can order online from the night before you want your meal. If you need to order even earlier or have a big order (e.g. for a party), please contact me.

Can I pick up my order?

 

Yes you can choose "Pickup" in your order details. You will be able to pick up from Ryan's Bar, 282 Northfield Avenue, Ealing, London W5 4UB.

I want to pay by card online but I get an error when I submit my order

 

If you are getting a "Oops! Something went wrong" error at the last stage of checkout, it may be a temporary issue with the Stripe payment gateway. Click back in your order and select Cash as the payment method. I can then take contactless payment via a card reader on delivery.
